Kuwait- Indian delivery boy stabbed

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 8: Police are looking for unidentified person who allegedly stabbed an Indian home delivery worker in an attempt to rob the latter, reports Al-Rai daily. A security source revealed the Indian was on his way to deliver an order to a customer in Jahra when the suspect asked for directions to a certain place in the area. While the Indian was giving directions, he was shocked when the suspect demanded for the money in his possession. The Indian resisted and this prompted the suspect to stab him in the shoulder.

'Save my daughter': A Kuwaiti woman, in her 70s, called the Operations Unit in the Interior Ministry asking for help in order to save her daughter who is addicted to drugs, reports Al-Anba daily. The mother said her daughter, who is in her 30s, consumed a dose of an undisclosed drugs and she started acting weird. Police rushed to the house of the mother in Jabriya and took the daughter who turned out to be wanted by law for involvement in a drug-related case
