UAE Ambassador meets Somali official

MOGADISHU, 8th August, 2016 (WAM) -- Mohammed Ahmed Othman Al Hammadi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Somalia, has met with Vice President of Galmudug State of Somalia, Mohamed Hashi Abdi Arabeey, in the presence of Mohamed Mohamud Guure, Minister for Public Works and Reconstruction.
They discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them in various fields.
Arabeey extended thanks and appreciation to the UAE for supporting Somalia in various domains. He also highlighted the state's natural resources and livestock as an important potential for investment.
Al Hammadi thanked the Vice President of Galmudug State for visiting the UAE Embassy, and for his efforts to boost ties between the two countries.
