(MENAFN) The master developer of Nakheel has launched offers for building the new hotels at Dragon city and Ibn Baattuta Mall.
Nakheel wants to make 295-room hotel at Dragon City, containing the one-million-sq-ft Dragon Mart 2 shopping.
The developer will also build a 15-storey, 375-room hotel at Ibn Battuta Mall, which was released in May.
The two new hotels are considered a developing for the current ones at retail hubs, while the hotels will be finished in 2017.
