(MENAFN) Red Sea Housing proclaimed finishing a deal with Petromin Corporation in order to make a deal of a 193.917 square meter plant in King Abdullah Economic City.
Additionally, the firm will build a factory specialized in the manufacturing of prefabricated housing units.
Meanwhile, the company will also pay SAR 19.2mn on annual installments of SAR 1.16mn over 16.5 years, beginning in 2017.
Moreover, the agreement is subjected to start the operation at Rabigh, in order for Petromin to be able to do Roll-on/ Roll-off through the port.
