(MENAFN) Industry data showed on Monday, that South Korean consumers' complaints of insurance dropped 7% in H1 from last year.
The 24 life insurance companies in the country and 16 nonlife insures received 33,343 consumer complaints in H1, which considered as 7.7% down from the same period in 2015.
Complaints against life insurers went down by 13.3% in H1, with those against nonlife insurers dropped by 2.3%.
