(MENAFN) Seoul government announced that Thailand and South Korea contracted to check the feasibility of Thailand's water management project, and Seoul participation is expected to be at USD609m in the project.
The Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport signed a memorandum of intent (MOI), states that South Korea will help review the technical feasibility of the water project.
This project aims to build floodways and reservoirs to help prevent floods that killed nearly 800 people in 2011.
