UAE- King Salman, Mohammed discuss regional issues


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, received His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, at his residence in Tangier on Sunday.

During the meeting, the two leaders exchanged cordial talks and reviewed the fraternal relations between the two countries, as well as the latest developments in the region. Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed also attended a banquet hosted by King Salman at his residence.

Among those who also attended the meeting and the banquet from the UAE side were Shaikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Shaikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Shaikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser; Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Security Council, and Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary at the Court of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince.

From the Saudi side, a number of princes and other senior officials attended the meeting.
