Qatar's real estate sector declines in Q2


(MENAFN) Qatar's real estate prices viewed a decline amid the second quarter of this year compared to the previous quarter.

However, the country's real estate sector dropped by 3.8 percent to 295.8 points from 307.6 points in March this year.

Additionally, the sector price in the whole three months of the cited quarter this year has maintained a steady drop of almost 5 points each month.

Moreover, the residential housing sector is the least influenced market, and the country is recently holding investment plans on new housing projects.
