Renovation of two Abu Dhabi schools nearing completion

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The renovation of Khonoor and Al Huweiteen schools in the Capital are nearing completion and the schools will be handed over to the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) at the start of the new academic year.

According to the Abu Dhabi General Services Company or Musanada that carried out the work, it aimed to provide advanced educational facilities supporting the creation of educated generation.

Al Ansari added that ADEC ensures that school buildings meet sustainability requirements and are properly designed for all categories of students, particularly those with special needs.

Musanada managed to complete the project with a built up area of more than 2,000 square metres within a record time of less than six months.

The internal yards of classroom sections were closed, installing an alternative air-conditioning system to create a clean and healthy environment. In addition, special shades were installed to surround the internal yards, facilitating the physical activities of female students while maintaining complete privacy.
