China, Africa deepen alliance with USD17b deals


(MENAFN) China has been increasingly pursuing to seal major deals with global enterprises, as a way to prove its economic wellbeing despite the current overall plunging trend, based reports.

Up to now, a total of USD17 billion worth of vital agreements have been bagged between Chinese and African major companies in many different sectors especially manufacturing.

The Chinese Vice President has met with heads of delegations from Africa attending a Sino-African coordinators' meeting on the execution of actions resulting from a joint held Forum.

In detail, the deals, involving major businesses, were inked on the eve of a meeting on delivering the outcomes of the Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
