Algiers, Shawwal 24, 1437, July 29, 2016, SPA -- Saudi ambassador to Algeria Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh met here on Thursday with the speaker of the Algerian National People's Assembly Dr. Mohamed Larbi Ould Khalifa.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of developing them in various fields.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency following the meeting, the Saudi ambassador hailed the Saudi-Algerian close relations, stressing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is eager to diversify, develop and raise the level of cooperation between the two countries.
On the other hand, the Algerian newspapers on Thursday praised the efforts of the Saudi Embassy in Algeria to enhance the Saudi-Algerian bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of scientific, economic, trade and cultural cooperation.
