(MENAFN) UAE-based Arkan Building Materials has recorded revenues of USD111.8 million compared to USD120.8 million in the first half of 2015.
Moreover, Arkan's net profit reached USD10.8 million in the first half of the currnet year compared to USD15.7 million in the same half of the previous year.
Additionally, the company's operating margin stand still at 25% despite the seasonality effect. The company's cash and cash equivalent is USD18.2 million as of 30 June 2016..
"I'm very pleased at the speed at which the damage that was caused by the storm has been repaired. Production at the Al Ain Plant has been restored to full capacity", chairman of Arkan Building Materials said.
