Ajman Crown Prince attends graduation ceremony

AJMAN, 26th July, 2016 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, today attended the graduation ceremony of the 1st batch of employees of the Diploma Programme on Creativity and Innovation for government staff, at the Ajman Saray Hotel.

H.H. Sheikh Ammar commended the efforts made by officials of the Central Department for Human Resources Development in Ajman. He also praised the distinctive initiatives concerning the preparation and organisation of the Diploma Programme, which aims to build and develop the skills of executive employees in government departments in Ajman and train them in ways and methods, urging them to innovate in the field of work and the implementation of initiatives, as well as creative projects.

Sheikh Ammar also said that employees in the Government of Ajman are able to take the lead efficiently in departments and institutions of both the public and private sectors.

The Ajman Crown Prince said that the programme has achieved a great and distinctive success in terms of developing and improving skills of employees in order for them to be successful leaders in the future, who are able to put forward ideas, innovations and creative proposals, through which methods and excellence of work in government departments would be developed.
