TOKYO, 26th July, 2016 (WAM) -- At least 19 people were killed and 26 others injured in a stabbing attack at a facility for disabled people west of Tokyo, making it one of Japan's deadliest mass killings since World War II.
About 30 minutes later, a man believed to be in his 20s turned himself in at the Sagamihara police station, according to reports. He allegedly told police that he was a former employee of the facility.
