Emirati Korean Friendship Society calls for stronger knowledge exchange
ABU DHABI, 24th July 2016 (WAM) --- The Emirati Korean Friendship Society has called the youth to contribute towards enhancing knowledge exchange between the two countries through students clubs and websites.
The society, during a meeting of its general assembly, said it is working to reflect the reality of unique relations between the UAE and South Korea which are based on a strong foundation of common interests.
Chairman of the Emirati Korean Friendship Society, Humaid Abdullah Al Hammadi, chaired the meeting during which the society's administrative and financial reports were approved.
Member of the board and media coordinator, Abdul Rehman Naqi, said the society's work plan for this year was also approved during the meeting.
The plan includes activities like visits to South Korean health, education and youth institutions, participation in the celebrations of the national days of the UAE and South Korea as well as cultural events in both countries.
