Qatar- Sheikh Salman appointed head of football at Al Ahli

Doha: Qatar Stars League (QSL) side Al Ahli has announced a host of management positions for the side ahead of the new QSL season.

In a statement on the club";s official website, they have confirmed that Sheikh Salman bin Faisal Al Thani will be the head of football for the forthcoming QSL season.

It was also announced that Jassim Fakro will be the deputy head of football for the club, whilst Fahad Ali will be the first team manager and Hamza Yusef will be the team manager for the second team.

Al Ahli are continuing their preparations for the new QSL season under new head coach Luca Bonacic, and has lined up a friendly against Saudi side Al Taawoun as they ramp up preparations for the new QSL season.
