Qatar's UDC foreign ownership up 49 percent


(MENAFN) The foreign ownership limits United Development Co. (UDC) increase by more than 49 percent of the Capital.

Moreover, in May this year, the shareholders aimed to increase the non-Qatari ownership in the firm's shares up to 49 percent from 25 percent.

The company proclaimed that it posted a net profit of USD 96.85mn for H1 of this year, which attributed to the equity holders of the firm that stood at USD 91.09mn.

In addition, the firm also announced that the building of Al Mutahidah residential towers and Giardino Villas' compound will commerce amid Q1 this year.
