Abu Dhabi's inflation rate grows by 2.7 percent


(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi's inflation rate for the first half of this year grew by 2.7 percent, compared with the same period of 2015.

Accordingly, the CPI's inflation rate in the second quarter of this year was more than 0.3 percent compared with the same period of 2015.

Additionally, housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels group accounted for the largest rise in the index amid H1 of 2016.

Moreover, the miscellaneous goods and services group contributed by 7.7 percent to the whole increase in the CPI for H1 of this year.
