Finnish economy underperforms in H1


(MENAFN) Finland's economic progress is forecasted to stay stagnant for years; hence its GDP is strongly estimated to remain at zero in the current year, based on reports.

Accordingly, reports show that the country failed to bring a turnaround in economy amid the weak local demand, declining employment and low wage increases.

However, Finland's GDP is expected to develop frailly by 0.5 percent in second half, let alone that the pickup of international trade will support the growth of GDP and exports.
