Diarna Egypt aims 50 percent grow in net sales by 2017


(MENAFN) Egypt Diarna Co. aims a 50 percent increase in net sales for the coming financial year, compared to the firm's recent net sales of USD500mn.

Accordingly, the firm also plans to enlarge by opening two new sales offices; one in the North Coast and the other in Dubai.

The country's real estate sector viewed an increase amid last year, which reached 30 percent, and residential sales prices have grown by 20 percent.

However, one of the main challenges facing Egypt's real estate market is land speculations, the practice of engaging in risky fiscal transactions.
