Five Palestinians injured in clashes with Israeli forces

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah, July 18 (Petra)--Five Palestinian youths were injured, one critically, during clashes with Israeli occupation forces on Monday that erupted after a military force stormed the West Bank town of Qabatiya south of Jenin and demolished a house of a Palestinian prisoner.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a statement that the occupation forces withdrew from the town four hours after the demolishing process.

Meanwhile, an Israeli settler ran over a 12-year-old Palestinian child and immediately fled the area.

The child was transferred to the Hebron Public Hospital where he was reported in moderate condition.
