(MENAFN) Kuwait-based Tamdeen Group said its real estate management unit GLA Management is set to deploy Yardi Voyager 7S, a mobile, cloud-based system for its projects.
In detail, GLA Management will implement Yardi Voyager to utilize the property and financial parts of its five retail malls and other real estate assets in Kuwait.
Moreover, the firm will implement Yardi Commercial LeasingPad, which combines contact and prospect management with portfolio analytics and business intelligence.
Consequently, GLA Management will be able to record and monitor multiple asset types together with depreciation, which will give the company complete physical and financial control over inventory.
