Oman- Ministries, government institutions asked to upload service manual

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat-

H E Sheikh Khalid bin Omar bin al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service on Wednesday issued a circular to all ministries and government institutions asking them to upload the service manual on their websites.

The circular referred to the Council of Ministers' decision taken during the session (No 8/2015) on March 1, 2015, regarding the development of a government services manual.

The government institutions are expected to upload the manual on the websites and link them to the official government portal.

The government services manual is meant to help the public who approach different government institutions seeking their services.
