Jordan allocates USD35.16mn loans for unemployed youths


(MENAFN) The government proclaimed the start of a huge self-recruitment program, which will allocate USD35.16mn in soft loans to unemployed youths.

Furthermore, the loans will be given to young people in rural areas and poverty pockets, in order to expand the culture of free business among youths.

Accordingly, the program concentrates on an important goal of the national employment strategy, which is growing recruitment rates in areas that lack investment.

In addition, the program also targets university and vocational training graduates, holders of professional licenses, industrial school graduates and community college graduates.
