Hot weather predicted in UAE during Eid holidays

The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology, NCMS, has issued a forecast advising of fair weather in general, although it will become a little hazy and partly cloudy at times, especially over southern and western areas.

- UAE WEATHER (NCMS_media) July 5, 2016 Temperatures are expected to reach highs of 44 to 45 degrees Celsius during the day, falling as low as 27 or 28 degrees overnight in some areas.

Towering clouds will develop at times over the eastern mountainous areas by the afternoon, and these may be associated with rain. The winds will be slight to moderate, freshening at times during the afternoon especially over exposed areas, and this may cause some blowing dust.

- UAE WEATHER (NCMS_media) July 4, 2016 The relative humidity will increase this morning over some coastal areas, with a chance of fog or mist formation.

The winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly,10 - 20 km/hr during the morning and night, northeasterly - northwesterly, 20 - 30 Km/hr during the afternoon and evening, reaching 35 km/hr at times over exposed areas.

The seas will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, and moderate to rough at times in the Sea of Oman.
