Ronaldo Expresses Love for Marrakesh After Euro Final

(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Last night, internationally renowned Real Madrid and Portugal national team player Cristiano Ronaldo professed his admiration for Marrakesh while speaking with a Moroccan journalist.

In an interview with beIN SportsNetwork after Portugal''s victory in the2016 UEFA European Championship, Ronaldo implied his admiration for Marrakesh in an interview with Moroccan sports journalist Abdelilah El Afiri.

Eder Lopes, the star playerof the night for the Portuguese team, finished his interview with beINjust before Ronaldo entered the frame. Eder mentioned to Ronaldo that Afriri was from Marrrakesh, and the soccer star quickly expressed his love for the city to the camera.

Both Afiri and Ronaldo shared a laugh following his appreciative outburst.

Ronaldo has vacationed in Marrakech many times throughout his football career. He recently enjoyed a short stay there with his son.
