(MENAFN) Bahrain's Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban planning has lately held a training workshop for the prequalification of engineering contracting companies.

In detail, a large number of engineers, project managers took part in the event hosted by the Cost Engineering Directorate of the ministry.

The workshop eyes to develop projects quality and offer a modern and updated data base capable of handling all kinds of contracting companies.

Moreover, the workshop aims to assess the contracting companies' performance on a regular basis to benefit all parties involved.
