Tunisia's inflation rate jumps to 3.9 percent


(MENAFN) Inflation rate in Tunisia continued to increase for the third consecutive month, hitting 3.9 percent in June this year.

Furthermore, housing prices and household energy group also climbed from 4.8 percent to 7 percent.

However, the rate of inflation viewed a notable drop among the past seven months, losing a point and falling by 4.6 percent in Oct 2015.

Meanwhile, drinks prices recorded an increase of 5.2 percent due to higher prices of mineral water, soft drinks and juices by 7.5 percent.
