Qatar youth team continues training in Switzerland

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) DOHA: The Qatar national junior squad is training in Switzerland, team officials said yesterday.

The 12-day training camp kicked off on July 8 and runs until July 20.

Qatar U-19 squad - coached by Oscar Cano - is preparing for the AFC Asian U-19 Cup to be held in Bahrain in October this year.

FC Sion will play the Qatar side during the on-going club.

Squad: Hazem Ahmed, Hassan Abdullah, Wizan Naeem, Ahmed Hassan, Muwaffaq Awad, Khalid Munir, Abdullah Abdul Salam, Adel Badr, Hussein Ali, Hassan Walid, Ahmed Bakhit Abdul Rashid Ibrahim, Sayed Hassan, Mohammed Abu Shanab, Mohamed Said, Abdul Aziz Sadeq, Mohammed Bakri, Bassam Hisham, Tarek Suliman, Ahmed Abdul Qadir, Humam Amin, Abdul Rahman Mohammed, Khalifa Al-Maliki, Khalid Al Naeemi, and Nasser Alahhraq and Abdul Rahman Mohammed, coach: Oscar Cano.
