Paris, Shawwal 04, 1437, July 09, 2016, SPA -- The annual Iranian opposition conference opened in Paris today in the participation of more than 100,000 activists from Iranian communities all over the world.
In a key opening address, Mariam Rajawe, the leader of Iranian opposition, said that the number of opponents of the Governance of Guardian Jurist system in Iran are on the increase and speedily spreading, noting that the executions and arrests taking place in Iran are the largest since the announcement of the Iranian regime.
She said that the only solution to salvage the Iranian people from the current dark situation is to throw out the Governance of Guardian Jurist system in Iran.
Rajawe said the Iranian Governance of Guardian Jurist system in Iran supports Al-Assad''s atrocities in Syria and other militias in the region in an attempt to cover up its own local administrative failure.
Senior U.S., European and Arab personalities from five continents are taking part in the two-day conference and vowing support for Iranian opposition projects and programs.
The Iranian associations coming from different parts of the world will submit papers on a number of issues, including public freedoms oppression in Iran, and future potentials following the increase of popular protests in Iranian provinces and cities as well as the record increase of executions of opposition activists in Iran.
