The meeting was held under H E Dr Rawiyah bint Saud al Busaidiyah, Minister of Higher Education and chairperson of the board.

The meeting followed up on the recommendations of the previous meetings and approved the results of CAS for the spring semester 2015-16. Of the 956 students who received their degrees from CAS, 904 were awarded bachelor''s and 52 got diploma. The bachelor''s degree students were from Information Technology (284), Communication Studies (152), in Business Administration (207), Design (86), Engineering (96), Applied Biotechnology (34) and English (45).

The diploma holders included those in IT (16), Communication Studies (11) and International Business Management (15).
