Damietta Port jetties number increase by 1.7 percent
(MENAFN) The Damietta Port Authority showed traffic in the port of jetties, which grew by 1.7 percent, compared to the same period of 2015.
However, the number of liquid bulk ships in the port dropped by 47.4 percent, compared to 19 ships year-on-year.
Meanwhile, the number of dry bulk ships received by the report reached 65 in May, growing 27.5 percent from 51 ships in May 2015.
Moreover, container ships also fell down by 1.9 percent from 103 ships in 2015 to 101 ships in May this year.
