(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Manama, June 30 (QNA) - Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met today with Speaker of the Arab Parliament Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Jarwan, and his accompanying delegation.
During the Meeting, Bahrain''s Foreign Minister praised the role of the Arab Parliament in serving Arab issues and interests at all regional and international gatherings as well as bolstering pan-Arab work.The two sides reviewed the latest developments in the region.
Al Jarwan affirmed the stance of the Arab Parliament in supporting Bahrain in all measures taken to protect its security, stability and the safety of its people. He reiterated rejection of any kind of interference in the kingdom''s internal affairs. (QNA)
