U.S, S. Korea trade deal to grow at USD4.8bn

(MENAFN) The free trade deal between the U.S and S. Korea resulted in an increase of USD4.8bn- USD5.3bn in all American exports.

Accordingly, the Korea-U.S. pact named as "KORUS FTA" is highly effective in increasing U.S. exports.

On the other hand, the 1994 N. American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) brought almost the huge increase in U.S. exports, from USD42.2bn to USD126bn.

However, the real-estate tycoon accused the pact of expanding U.S. trade deficits and costing a number of American jobs.
