DP Poland non-exec buys 182,500 worth of shares


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - UK) Chris Moore, a non-executive director at DP Poland Plc (LON:DPP), has purchased 500,000 shares in the Polish pizza firm at a cost of around182,500.

Moore paid 36.5 pence per share, slightly lower than this morning''s opening price of 38p.
The deal means he now owns 3.7mln shares in the company, which represents 2.8% of the issued share capital.
DP Poland is the Polish franchise of the popular takeaway food brand, Domino''s. Shares were down 0.16p, or 0.4%, to 37.84p.
