Emir condoles with Turkish President

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan offering his condolences for the victims of Tuesday night’s terrorist bombings at Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul, reports QNA.

The Emir strongly condemned the attack, stressing Qatar’s solidarity with Turkey, and support for its efforts at security and stability in the face of terrorism. Turkey pointed the finger of blame at IS jihadists yesterday after suicide bombers attacked the airport, killing 41 people, reports AFP.
