Iran posts 100pct rise in South Pars gas exports

(MENAFN) Exports of gas condensates from Iran's Special Pars Zone Customs Office saw a 107pct growth through the three months to March as opposed to 2015's cited period.

In particular, throughout the mentioned timeframe, 4.17 million tons of gas condensates worth USD1.687 billion were shipped out, according to the latest reports.

Moreover, outbound shipments from South Pars Gas Field witnessed an upsurge following the implementation of the nuclear deal between the Islamic Republic and the P5+1.

The upward trend is expected to continue vigorously once international banking restrictions are completely removed, thus Iran is definitely on the right path to reclaim its global status.
