Kuwait condemns bombings in Lebanon
KUWAIT, 28th June, 2016 (WAM) -- The State of Kuwait has strong condemned the terrorist blasts that occurred close to the Lebanese custom checkpoint in the border town of Al-Qaa, leaving a number of people dead or wounded.
An official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait''s solidarity with Lebanon in facing such terrorist acts and support for all measures authorities will take to deal with the situation.
According to KUNA, the source reaffirmed Kuwait''s unwavering stand against terrorism and support for the international community''s efforts against it.
The official source expressed deep sorrow to families of the victims, the government and the people of Lebanon and wished the injured quick recovery.
