Kuwait, Bahrain share strong historic ties: Sheikh Azzam
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MANAMAH, June 25 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah stressed the strong Kuwaiti-Bahraini ties on all levels.
During a Ramadan dinner held by prominent figure Khaled Al-Zayani and attended by Bahraini Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Sheikh Azzam noted that the two countries share the same heritage and social values, Kuwait Embassy said in a statement on Saturday.
He added that such Ramadan dinners and gatherings are an opportunity for leaders and citizens to communicate and share their concerns.(end) mga.kna.ag
