UAE apartment rentals grow by 1.57 percent


(MENAFN) UAE real estate market witnessed an increase despite some fluctuations, it managed to record positive figures overall.

Moreover, average apartment rents in Dubai increased 1.57 percent in May 2016 compared with April 2016, while average rental yields remained at 5.3 percent.

Additionally, the average rent for studio apartments jumped to USD15.514mn in May from USD15.24mn posted in April, an increase of 2 percent.

On the other hand, the average one-bedroom apartment rents increased by 1 percent in May to USD25.858mn.
