Sumer to develop new project in UAE


(MENAFN) Sumer Contracting Company (SCC) has bagged a contract to build 728 mid-market homes at DP World Tour Championship golf course development in Dubai.

In detail, Dubai developer Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) has awarded a contract to SCC to construct 674 flats and 54 town houses at its proposed Alandalus neighbourhood.


The developer, which has been owned by the Dubai government since the global financial crisis, stated that new apartment's price would start from USD162.498.

Moreover, the construction of the new development, which was first marketed in May, was due to the increasing demand on apartments and is likely to be completed in 2018.
