Mezzan Holding discusses joint venture with Saudi Al Faisaliah
(MENAFN) Mezzan Holding, one of the main food and beverage firms in the Gulf, is in talks with Saudi Al Faisaliah Group to establish a joint venture in Saudi's food manufacturing sector.
The Group operates in food, beverage, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors in seven nations via 29 subsidiaries and 7,500 workers, which also produces almost 75 percent of its revenues.
Moreover, Mezzan Holding will acquire a 70 percent share through a capital increase in a food and beverage manufacturing and distribution entity.
The joint venture will permit the group to produce market and distribute food products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and give its rights to continue to manufacture.
