Palestinian killed, four others injured after being shot by Israelis


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RAMALLAH, June 21 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian boy was killed and four others injured by Israeli forces early Tuesday west of Ramallah, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said .

The ministry said in a statement that three of the wounded were admitted to the Palestine Medical Compound for treatment describing their injuries as moderate while the fourth, who was in serious condition, was taken to an Israeli hospital.

Head of Beit Ur village council Wajeeg Hilal identified the boy as Mahmoud Badran, 15, and the others as his relatives who were shot by the Israeli army troops on their way back home from a public swimming pool.

Hilal told KUNA the troops fired heavily on the vehicle in which the young were travelling, leading to the death of one and wounding four others, refuting Israeli Army''s claim that they threw Molotov cocktails at an Israeli vehicle. (end) nq.ha
