UAE- Zayed University and National Bonds sign MoU

DUBAI, 21st June, 2016 (WAM) -- Zayed University has established a new partnership with the National Bonds Corporation, NBC, to enhance capabilities and provide hands-on learning to students related to major fields of study.

Professor Reyadh AlMehaideb, Vice President of Zayed University, signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Mohammed Qasim Al Ali, CEO of National Bonds, during a ceremony held at Zayed University''s Dubai campus.

The partnership reflects Zayed University''s ongoing commitment to providing professional development training of the highest quality to its students in order to re-inforce their resumes and strengthen their skills for future promising careers in finance, business management and administration.

The National Bonds will provide internship programmes and training opportunities for Zayed University students with the aim of providing hands-on experience, as they are a critical part of career exploration and skill building.

Professor AlMehaideb expressed his gratitude to collaborate with the National Bonds, saying, "Zayed University is proud to partner with National Bonds. We are looking forward to working together to develop national competencies and highlight students'' creative potential and talent in order to achieve the objectives of the UAE National Agenda and Vision 2021."

Zayed University and National Bonds are also set to form a joint committee, which will meet regularly to discuss the progress of the partnership and matters relevant to both organisations and supervise the performance of the university''s interns.
