Zayed University and National Bonds sign MoU


(MENAFNEditorial) Dubai, June 21, 2016: Zayed University, the premier national university in the United Arab Emirates and a regional leader in education innovation and change, established a new partnership with National Bonds Corporation (NBC), a leading sharia-compliant saving and investments company in the UAE, to enhance capabilities and provide hands-on and experiential learning to students related to major field of studies. Professor Reyadh AlMehaideb, Vice President of Zayed University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mohammed Qasim Al Ali, CEO of National Bonds, during a signing ceremony held at Zayed University in Dubai campus. The partnership reflects Zayed University's ongoing commitment to provide professional development training of the highest quality to its students to reinforce their resumes and strengthen their skills for future promising careers in finance, business management and administration. The National Bonds will provide internship programs and training opportunities for Zayed University students with the aim of providing hands-on experiences, as they are a critical part of career exploration and skill building. Professor AlMehaideb expressed his gratitude to collaborate with the National Bonds saying: "Zayed University is proud to partner with National Bonds. We are looking forward to working together to develop national competencies and highlight students' creative potentials and talents in order to achieve the objectives of the UAE National Agenda and Vision 2021." Zayed University and National Bonds are also set to form a joint committee, which will meet regularly to discuss the progress of the partnership and matters relevant to both organizations and supervise the performance of the University's interns.
