(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, June 16 (KUNA) -- Activities and events of the Ramadan and Eid Exhibition began on Thursday, with the participation of about 110 foreign, local and Arab companies.
In a press statement today, the Kuwait International Fair Company (KIFC), the organizing company, said the exhibition offers different products and commodities from several countries, including Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, China, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Yemen and others.
The exhibitors seek to attract a large number of visitors from different ages, genders and all walks of life, it added.
The exhibition comes concurrently with summer travel season and the holiday of the Eid al-Fitr as well as supplying needs of the holy month of Ramadan, it noted.
The company has been organizing professionally trade and market exhibitions since 1972, KIFC pointed out. The event runs until June 29 and meets needs of people.
It has several pavilions which showcase several products of consumer sectors, including clothing, handicrafts, adornments, suitcases, perfumes, cosmetics, women''s apparel, accessories of bedrooms, different bags, shoes and children''s clothing. (end) skh.tb.hm
