War in Yemen is over for Emirati troops, declares UAE

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The United Arab Emirates has announced the end of the war in Yemen for Emirati troops, though it may continue to keep its forces there for counterterrorism operations.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces,carried the announcement on his official Twitter account late Wednesday. He was quoting the UAE''s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Anwar Gargash, who had given a speech earlier saying the "war is over for our troops."
