(MENAFN) Saudi-based Anan Real Estate firm has announced that it will launch three major projects including a first-of-its-kind development in the Middle East.
The project is basically about a Tower Terrace, a 18-storeyed building which boasts world's most renowned five-star food restaurants, as reported by local media.
Specifically, the mainstream project comprises a mega development plan with a mixed-use project "Mahra", extending over 370,000 m, according to a report.
Moreover, the main highlight will be the "Tower Terrace" project which will be located on King Fahad Road in the north, opposite to KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District), said the report.
