Jordan's nuclear project continues amid challenges
(MENAFN) The International Advisory Group (IAG) has highly praised Jordan for its balanced approach to its peaceful nuclear power project.
Consequently, IAG has also reported that the Kingdom has totally engaged with the IAEA in the improvement of its nuclear program.
Jordan has sought and acquired extensive peer reviews that will help it to enhance capacity to have an effective and responsible regulatory system.
It's worth mentioning that Jordan is seeking to have two 1000 MWe nuclear power units in operation by 2025 to provide nearly half the country's electricity.
