HAI implements Iftar project in Lebanon

BEIRUT, 13th June, 2016 (WAM) -- The UAE''s Human Appeal International, HAI, is continuing its Iftar Project in Lebanon for more than 10,000 Syrian refugee families during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

During the first week of Ramadan, nearly 2,500 Syrian refugees benefited from the Iftar Project, while Human Appeal International continues to accommodate the daily growing numbers.

In a statement on the occasion, Abdullah Al Awadhi, HAI''s Assistant Secretary-General for Financial and Administrative Affairs, said that the implementation of the Iftar Project in Beirut aims to support the Syrian refugee families during the Holy Month.
